Availability Products
The availability of the products may vary according to the quantity in stock, if a product you ordered is not available in a short time (about 1 month), you will be contacted and you will be able to cancel the order if you feel it appropriate, all will have to take place In writing, by fax or by e-mail.
Risk and Property
The goods are shipped free of charge, insured with invoice delivery charges; If the goods were shipped to the port, after the client's indication, the risk is to be borne by the customer from the delivery of the goods to the carrier from their warehouses. When delivering the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence as indicated in the accompanying document (DDT). Even if the package is intact, the goods must be checked within 3 days of receipt. Any occult anomalies must be reported in writing by fax or e-mail. Any reporting beyond the above terms will not be taken into account. For each statement, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is stated.
Orders are accepted solely and exclusively in writing or by fax or via the Internet (online). The customer who sends the order via the internet will receive a confirmation message from the order at the end of the procedure, or by email (E-mail), with the relevant order number.
All prices included in the site, in the relative column, are understood to include VAT prices and with delivery in Italy included for amounts over € 150.00. Prices can be changed at any time without prior notice. In the event that a system malfunction or incorrect insertion was applied a wrong price to the order, both parties may withdraw from the order with the corresponding refund of the money.

For shipments we only use furniture conveyors specializing in the delivery of furniture, this to ensure that the orderly goods arrives integrates. The goods travel under our responsibility.  We do not ship with express couriers as they are not suitable for carrying bulky and fragile objects.
Packing Goods
The goods are packed with the utmost care and attention, our packings are made with pluriball, polystyrene and double layered cardboard.  All exposed parts of the cabinet are reinforced with angles and expanded polyethylene profiles.
How the delivery takes place
The delivery is on the road (truck side), at the nearest point at the entrance of the property where the car is allowed to stop. It is not possible to make deliveries at home or on the floor.  The car is driven by only one driver, no other people are expected to help with the unloading of the goods.  Our conveyors use long vehicles of about 10 meters. Where it is possible to deliver directly by large means, by telephone by 1 day in advance.  In the event that there are no technical conditions for delivery (narrow streets, urban centers, disadvantaged areas), the goods will be delivered to the closest area store that will deliver smaller vans over the next few days, always by telephone by telephone.  Whether the delivery is done directly by large vehicles or by a van with vans, the customer will be warned by telephone, but it is not possible to make deliveries by appointment, because in any case drivers have their exhaust plans to be respected.  As soon as you are notified that the transport company has withdrawn the goods from our warehouses, it may take up to 1 to 7 days for the delivery to take place.
Exhaust Attempts
For issues of time it is not possible to open the parcels when unloading, please check the exterior packs to make sure there are no damaged parts, holes in the cardboard, crushed parts.  Only if such anomalies occur, ask the transporter to inspect the cabinet internally to check its integrity.  In case you have brought your home furniture to occult damage or other anomalies to the goods please contact us as soon as possible, we will surely find a solution.
Be careful when removing the packaging
We ask you to pay particular attention during the removal phase of the packs and be at least two people to bring the heavier or bulky packages inside the house.  We also take great care in using blades, scissors, cutters while removing cartons and pluriball, because they could ruin the furniture inside.

Contests and Returns
To return a purchased product you must notify us of your intention within 14 days of the date you or any of you indicated that you have physically taken possession of the product or the products. To exercise your rights, you must clearly communicate your intention to return a product. You have to inform us of your intention by sending to the mail address the default form that you will find at the end of this document.
After you have notified us of your intention to return the product, you have 14 days to return the resell condition so complete with receipt, original packing and accessories provided. We do not accept returns that do not meet the characteristics indicated above (receipt, packaging and accessories).  Once we receive the product and have the appropriate integrity checks done, within 14 days you will receive a refund by bank transfer to the current account indicated in the default form.
If the product is damaged, the amount of the refund will be offset against the loss of value of the product.
